Service Terms
These terms clarify what is included in the PrimesRank managed analytics dashboard monthly plans. They supplement, and do not replace, the main Terms of Service.
- Managed dashboards
- A managed dashboard is an existing dashboard hosted, monitored, and maintained under the customer's plan.
- Initial development
- Initial dashboard development is not included in the monthly price. It is scoped and quoted separately before any work begins.
- AI agents and requests
- AI agents and AI requests are subject to the allowance of the selected plan.
- AI outputs
- AI outputs are informational and should be reviewed by the customer before being used for business decisions.
- Small updates
- A small update means a minor change to an existing chart, filter, field, label, or layout.
- Allowance roll-over
- Unused AI requests and monthly updates do not roll over to the following month.
- Custom work
- Custom AI agents, custom automation, complex API work, and new integrations are quoted separately.
- Dedicated account manager
- "Dedicated account manager" means a named business-hours contact, not 24/7 support.
- Additional usage
- Additional usage beyond the stated plan limits may require an upgrade or a separate quotation.
All monthly plans cover ongoing management within the stated usage and service limits. Initial dashboard development, new dashboards, major redesigns, complex integrations, custom AI-agent development, and work outside the selected plan are scoped and quoted separately.
